Food Stamps

Food Stamps are EBT cards that can be used just like debit cards to buy nutritious food. For most households, food stamps are only part of the food budget; shoppers must spend some cash along with food stamps in order to buy enough food for a month. A "household" could be made up of a person living alone or two or more people who live together and buy and prepare meals together.
