KidsCare - Arizona's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

AHCCCS provides health insurance through KidsCare for eligible children (age 18 or younger) who are not eligible for other AHCCCS health insurance. For children who qualify, there are monthly premiums.

KidsCare monthly premiums range from $10 to $50 for one child and from $15 to $70 for two or more children. The monthly premium amount varies depending on your household income.
